TLS support closed during Christmas Holidays

Before we know it, Christmas time is here. That also means holiday season!

The Teaching & Learning Service (TLS) team, including the Technical Instructional Designers, will not be present in their (home) office during the Christmas holidays. edX TLS support and Video Publishing support will therefore not be available from 21 December 2020 to 1 January 2021 inclusive.
This means that no questions will be answered by, or via TOPdesk during these two weeks.

edX TLS support is of course available in the weeks prior to the above dates to help you as usual with functional and technical issues regarding your online courses. Make sure to send your query before 15 December so that it can be addressed before the holiday break. After that, the team will reply at the earliest possible opportunity. On Monday 4 January 2021, the full TLS team will be back at your service with loads of fresh energy.
